**Job Summary**:
The **Executive Assistant to Director** will play a key role in ensuring the seamless management of daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will provide high-level administrative support, assist with business development efforts, and collaborate on projects that drive the success of Serenity Specialist Care. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes during meetings, and track follow-up actions.
- **Business Development**:

- Support the Director in identifying and pursuing new opportunities to enhance care services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support key business development initiatives.
- **Presentation & Reporting**:

- Create polished, high-quality presentations for internal and external use.
- Compile, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
- Maintain and organize essential records and reports.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for project-related communications.
- Coordinate with care home staff and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate projects led by the Director, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Liaise with various departments to track progress and resolve challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency across the care home.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Business Development Executive, or Project Coordinator.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the residential care or healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: £24,216.00-£32,295.00 per year
