**Opportunity Summary**:
Upland Software is seeking a skilled graphic designer and video production professional to join our marketing team and create visually engaging content, advertising, collateral, video and branded materials to elevate the brand and create impactful interactions with prospects and customers.

Working across eight marketing technology products means you’ll need to be able to prioritize your workload between those products and revenue lines effectively, and you’ll enjoy the variety that comes from supporting different types of solutions, and be able to switch between them effortlessly.

As a member of the marketing team, you will understand the importance of design and brand consistency in everything that you produce, doing what it takes to make sure you deliver on time and to budget.

You will want to bring your own brand and style ideas and make your mark in a company that rewards hard work and results. In return, you’ll be supported with technologies and budgets that enable you to be successful, with a marketing team that recognizes the value of investing in design and brand.

You’ll be interacting with all members of the marketing team daily, as well as our Product Marketing and Marketing Operations teams, design contractors and commercial teams.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Design professional standard marketing materials for digital and print distribution.
- Produce highly impactful, creative content that both builds the brand and retains engagement, including the design of eBooks, White Papers, Infographics and other downloadable content in collaboration with our content marketing team.
- Manage, develop and contribute design ideas to create a visually successful blogging strategy.
- Establish and uphold brand guidelines and brand systems.
- Take ownership of projects assigned, ensuring they meet agreed deadlines
- Ensure the brand is consistently represented and of the highest quality possible, both within the department and throughout the company as a whole.
- Ad-hoc design needs for the business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Requires 2+ years in graphic and video design for a B2B technology company, preferably from MarTech sector.
- Impeccable attention to detail and process driven.
- Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of design creation and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must have ability to autonomously record video footage virtually and/or on-site at office locations around the world.
- A strong problem solver with willingness to suggest new and creative ideas
- Understanding of effective social media marketing and advertising.
- Ability to take on tasks alone, use initiative, and work as part of the wider marketing team.
- Ability to work within, and evolve, Upland’s existing brand system.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives internally and externally.
- The confidence to effect positive change to processes, ways of working and measurements.
- Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
