If you're a Graduate who is interested in building a career in digital marketing, digital experience (UX/UI) or product ownership and just need the opportunity to develop your skills, our Graduate programme will support you in achieving your goal.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You will have 3 main focus areas on your digital graduate scheme.

The first is our digital experience team where you will gain experience of behavioural science, experience design, prototyping, graphic design, research and more. You will be creating world class experiences to surprise and delight members.

The second is product ownership where you will support the design and delivery of these experiences to our customers and colleagues. You will gain technical experience, stakeholder management, agile product development and many other skills for future success.

The final area is digital marketing where you will experience communications, marketing, analytics and more. You will be involved in running our websites and working with product owners, marketing and digital experience to bring new propositions to life and drive acquisition.

You will get hands on experience, doing a real job, within a busy department. You’ll develop a range of knowledge and skills enabling you to undertake specific roles and developing your career.

Working in a team you will learn how to complete specific tasks, understand processes and complete projects contributing to the team deliverables and building on the success of the Society.
