**About Cash Management**:

**About the role**:
The EMEA Cash Management Sales team is responsible for distributing money market funds and custom solutions to a variety of client sectors across the region. The team is seeking an experienced VP/Director to join the Bank and Financial Institution sales team. This role will be responsible for driving asset growth through a portfolio of existing and prospective clients in support of the overall objectives of the Global Cash Business.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Key account Relationship Management of a portfolio of Bank and Financial Institutional relationships
- Leading strategic client targeting and designing engaging client meetings that uncover client needs and interests to grow asset levels and revenues
- Identifying and on-boarding new distribution platforms and banking relationships
- Working collaboratively with partners across BlackRock to meet clients’ objectives and develop innovative solutions that bring the best of BlackRock
- Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell broader BlackRock offering and introduce other parts of the business
- Demonstrate and disseminate expertise in local market practices.
- Provide strategic input into developing the service model for clients
- Responsible for planning and budgeting for client segment engagement and events
- Assist in setting sales strategy and reporting business metrics for the channel
- Mentor junior team members and add to the Team’s inclusive and coaching atmosphere
- Relationship management and sales delivery
- Particular knowledge of Money Markets and Short-Term Funding markets preferred (but not essential)
- Knowledge of Financial Institutions, preferably including Regulatory frameworks, financial ecosystem and liquidity requirements
- A motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who demonstrates multi-tasking ability and delivery to time and quality
- Team player and with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate at a senior level and operate independently is essential
This role is within the scope of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime(SMCR).
