Our client is a modern, professional and independent Car Service and Repair Centre who deal mainly in prestigeous car brands. They are currently looking to recruit an **Administrator / Advisor** to join their small but specialist parts department team.

This is mainly an administrative role with some light/medium weight manual handling. No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
Monday to Friday only (No weekend or bank holiday working).

**Duties include**:

- Dealing with enquiries by telephone and also face to face.
- Using online stock ordering / catalogue systems (training provided).
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all department administration.
- Plan ahead and manage time carefully to ensure all tasks are achieved.
- Daily collation and distribution of parts.
- Greet customers and visitors courteously, professionally and in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
- Remain professional, calm and positive at all times.
- Assess own performance and effectiveness and undertake professional development activities.
- ... plus general day to day departmental administration duties.

**Required Skills and Qualities**:

- Possess good PC, administration and communication skills
- Be organised, accurate and is someone who pays attention to detail.
- Be a team player as well as being able to work on their own.
- Welcomes personal responsibility and job ownership.
- Self motivated and is someone who enjoys a daily challenge.

**Working Hours**:

- 08.00 - 17.30 hrs Monday - Friday.
- No weekend or bank holiday working.

**Salary**:

- £21,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)

They are accredited and approved Service Centre for Range Rover, Land Rover, Jaguar and Renault as well as offering specialist knowledge and service for premium brand vehicles including BMW, Audi, VW and Mercedes.
