**Account Director - Knutsford (Hybrid) - Up to £55,000 - Agency**
Work for an award winning B2B marketing agency based in Cheshire, with major household name brands and large blue chip companies as clients, including PepsiCo and Jaguar. They offer flexible, hybrid working with 3 days in their Cheshire based office. Thecompany has been steadily growing over the last two decades, offering lots of progression opportunities.
The B2B agency really focuses on culture, with the 25 people team being collaborative, supportive and proactive. There are no big egos, just a friendly and creative work atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and budget for a wide array of projects
- Solve complex problems, consulting and collaborating with client and team members where needed
- Identify potential opportunities and areas of development/growth for your clients, adding value to their brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with each of your clients
- Manage pipeline across your clients to ensure revenue target is hit
- Report and feedback progress and outcomes to the board
- Be main port of call for a number of B2B clients with great potential, helping them maximise their expansion opportunities
- Onboarding new clients into the agency
**Key Skills**
- Posses extensive industry and consulting experience within a B2B agency
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Prioritisation skills, highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and project management
