You have moved beyond being a top performer to becoming an exceptional coach.A Proven Team Builder: Your track record is defined by measurable impact. You have consistently exceeded team quotas (>120%), built teams from the ground up, and successfully coached SDRs into high‑performing AEs.A Commercial Strategist: You have a mastery of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and complex enterprise deal negotiation (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger). You make data‑driven decisions balanced with pragmatic experience.A Natural Collaborator & Communicator: You are an active listener who builds trust quickly.
