Travel Property Management Coordinator FTE £21,000 Plus additional on call pay.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Property Management Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the properties within our travel portfolio, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximising revenue.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of travel properties, including holiday rentals and serviced apartments.
- Coordinate property bookings, reservations, and availability to ensure optimal occupancy rates and revenue generation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries passed from guest relations, resolving issues and addressing concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, coordinating with contractors and owners as needed.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract new guests, utilising online platforms, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management in travel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management regarding property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Solid understanding of property maintenance and facility management principles.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms, property management software, and relevant technology tools.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management in the travel industry.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in generating and interpreting performance reports.
- Marketing and promotional skills to attract and retain guests.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You must have a full clean driving licence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
