Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Plant Coordinator to work on our Infrastructure Programmes contract.

As the Plant Coordinator you will be part of our Operations Team who are responsible for managing the Plant & Fleet of the contract and liaising with our site team.

As the Plant Coordinator you will need to produce weekly and monthly reports as required by the Operations team and Finance team. you will be the point of contact for Plant Hire issues and escalations and attendance at Supplier performance meetings. You will help depot teams manage their Plant Live Hire information, maintenance & inspection periods are adhered to and lost/damaged plant is investigated.

You will be responsible for the data entry of all plant and fleet on the contract. Manage the fleet for the contract

Ordering Fleet. Process any PCN’s and fines for Fleet. Ensure all MOT, services etc for our fleet are up to date.

Make sure all Fleet is being checked by the drivers.

This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work from the office 2 days a week.

Can you demonstrate you have a comprehensive understanding of Operator Licence statutory regulations for vehicles, plant and equipment and will be expected to work towards achieving (CPC)?

Do you have excellent communication skills, written & verbal, and the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy?
