Car Detailer

We are looking for an **Experienced Car Detailer** to join our team and help us deliver **art Detailing services** to our clients.

From zero to the leading prestige vehicles Detailing and Paint Protection specialists in the North West, our journey has been driven by a passion for perfection. In this role, you will be responsible and directly proportional remunerated for **3 important objectives**:

- To deliver detailing services to high standards
- To ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
- To be actively involved in improving personal processes and within the team

In order to do that, we provide you the performance context, professional equipment, a whole team standing by your side and you will have a **set of responsibilities** to accomplish:

- Pre wash - wash - decontamination processes
- Full interior detailing
- 1 Stage, 2 Stages, Full Paint Correction
- Application of ceramic treatments on paint, on rims, windows, and all interior surfaces.
- Keep the studio clean and maintain / take care of your equipment
- Prepare your products and dilutions correctly
- Detailed inspection of vehicles and individual panels
- Provides support to colleagues to achieve team objectives
- Propose actions that lead to the improvement of the company's processes / activity;
- Curiosity and interest in developing the behavioral and technical skills;
- Respect the company's procedures and flows and to come up with ideas of improvement.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Detailing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
