Lead PMO Digital Analyst

As our next Lead PMO Digital Analyst (internally known as CPMO Analyst), you'll be working in the Value Management Office (VMO) reporting to the Portfolio Planning Manager and supporting the Sponsor and Director of Delivery in the establishment of thestructures, governance and reporting for the new Digital Portfolio. You'll join a likeminded team in our Leeds based Transformation function.You'll be an experienced PMO professional with strong stakeholder management and engagement skills and have the abilityto translate the detail and complexity of the Portfolio to provide executive level oversight and reporting to enable the effective management, safe delivery and achievement of business outcomes.About the roleAs Lead PMO Digital Analyst, you'll work with thePortfolio Management and Planning Manager and help establish appropriate governance, reporting and working practices in line with organisation governance and Enterprise Portfolio. You will: Work closely with project teams to ensure methods and standards arebeing implemented consistently to effectively plan, manage and deliver change Oversee the management of project finances, documentation, process documents and information sources Provide ongoing planning and management support Pro-actively work to facilitateand mitigate challenges and blockers to delivery plans and reporting Identify delivery risks and facilitate their mitigation and holding project teams accountable for delivering on time and to budget Provide quality standard reporting into the workstream andthe Value Management Office Co-ordinate and manage across multiple stakeholder groups within the programme and the enterprise portfolioAbout youThis is a key role in our Digital Transformation Programme and you'll have a proven track record in portfolio andPMO management along, with great stakeholder management skills. You'll be able to demonstrate: Professional accreditation or equivalent standard in PMO or Portfolio Management Detailed understanding of project delivery frameworks Experience of managing orsupporting a PMO function Business case analysis and reporting at Programme and Portfolio level Strong communication skills and ability to build great stakeholder relationshipsAbout usAt YBS we don't have shareholders, we have members.
