Location: UK Wide
We are seeking multiple talented PMO's, with a variety of positions available at different levels. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package. You will be responsible for the managementof our client's programme office, having a handle on all areas of the programme including project management support as well as risk and financial controls.
Key skills / experience
*A strong track record of successful delivery in PMO roles within an IT and Business change environment. A background in consultancy or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
*A firm understanding of the importance that PMO has on good project and programme management.
*Demonstrable experience in starting up a small PMO or elements of a larger PMO.
*Experience leading junior PMO team members and helping mentor them through their development.
*A strong and enduring desire to further your own personal development.
Key Responsibilities
*You will provide project management support; including areas such as change management, risk and issue management, reporting, status tracking and project reporting. You'll do all of this utilising tools such as Clarity and Open Workbench as well as MSProject.
*You will track budgets and costs, helping lead the project's financial management.
*You will ensure that the programme meets a high standard.
*You will assist in the provision of standard documents and tools.
