**PMO Analyst - London**

Our client, a large charitable organization with a national reach is currently recruiting for a PMO Analyst to join their team with the responsibility of developing and managing the portfolio management capability.

**Key skills/experience for the PMO Analyst**
- Experience working in a PMO office, supporting PMO functions/services at a portfolio level and managed projects
- Programme management experience with skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy
- Used project management tools to manage development activity and experience creating Gantt charts (resource leveling, dependency chains and critical paths)

**Key accountabilities for the PMO Analyst**
- Establishing and maintaining governance arrangements for the delivery of portfolios, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities, that align with organisational practice
- Act as a single point of entry for new project requests, carry out initiation work / reviews to lead to full business cases for new project requests
- Project/Programme Management: Supporting with direct project management activities as applicable
- Portfolio stakeholder management: Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO function to provide support including facilitation, tracking, and reporting on projects, and training
