Maintenance Administrator

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a member and part of the Fleet Team reporting to the Transport Manager and based at Huntingdon, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and serviceability of our plant and machinery.
Your role and daily responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing all plant defect reports on our web-based system.
- Recording information accurately and ensuring all relevant reports are administered correctly.
- Liaising with members of staff.
- Production of reports upon request of department manager.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable to support the Plant Maintenance department.
**KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience within an administrative role, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in, or knowledge of the vehicle or plant maintenance would be advantageous.
- Excellent PC skills
- in particular MS Office.
- A proactive approach to work with a robust character.
- Excellent organisational skills.
