Hours of work as a Call Handler:

- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours
- Monday to Friday (1.30p - 9pm or 5pm - 9pm) and weekend (10am - 7pm) - can select your own shifts although one weekend shift is mandatory.

About the Customer Service Advisor role:

- Handling incoming calls from members of the public regarding various campaigns
- Providing excellent customer service
- Please note that this role is not giving medical/health advice of any sort
- Must have customer service experience
- Opportunity to be dual trained on various campaigns/market research
- Working in a friendly team environment
- Based in Leith, Edinburgh
