**What you will do as Hotel Receptionist at Great Scotland Yard Hotel**
- Be able to connect with others, getting to know our guests and finding out their preferences to make their stay unforgettable (We call this care stories and it’s part of the hotel DNA)
- Provide great recommendations and directions for restaurants and theaters, being their go-to concierge in the area.
- Be creative and think outside the box. We are a small team and sometimes we need to juggle a lot of balls
- Bring a sense of fun and optimism to your role, helping to maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams.

- This is a hotel receptionist role which includes checking in and out guests, answering the phone, assisting guests with queries, and above all else providing great customer service levels as expected in a 5 star hotel. - This role includes a variety of shifts, including morning, day and evening shifts. The morning shift usually starts around 8am, and if on an evening shift, it usually finishes at 11pm. Each shift is typically 8.5 hours long. Please reply with 'yes' to confirm you are flexible to work different shifts.
- As we are a hotel that is open days 365 days a year, weekend shifts are also included. Please reply 'yes' to confirm you are available to work any day, weekends included. This role is 5 days ON with 2 day OFF. Days off can vary each week, but we try as much as possible to give 2 days off together.
