Well-Being coordinator
- Participate in enhancing the social well-being of the residents to provide as far as possible, a happy simulating experience and environment. Help residents to socialise within the care home.
- To plan ongoing weekly/monthly timetables in conjunction with the residents wishes, and encourage residents to maintain pre-existing hobbies.
- Maintain full and accurate records and assist the home with fundraising.
- Report any changes in residents physical or emotional conditions to the manager.
- Provide comfort and company on a one to one basis for residents who are unable to participate in any form of activity.
- To carry out any other task that may be reasonably assigned to you.
- Ensure that residents confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Experience within a care home setting or a similar role would be an advantage. The position is working within a care home environment with residents who may be living with dementia.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
