**What will I be asked to do as a Planner/Administrator?**You will work as part of a Planning and Administration team to ensure that the required support, planning, arrangement of works through engineers and/or contactors, coordination and administration is provided to the In-House Repairs Service to undertake works to our customers’ homes as a part of the In-House Repairs Service.- You will plan works, arrange appointments for works for engineers, contractors and suppliers, coordinate works of various trades and different contractors and suppliers as required, make appointments for servicing and inspection, arrange materials deliveries, answer queries from other colleges, investigate information and data, place orders, tasks, purchase orders, record activities on QL and associated systems.- You will contact customers through all channels, coordinate complaint resolution and all other duties to ensure the In-House Repairs Service can be delivered to the operational and commercial targets set.
**What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Planner/Administrator?**Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills-
- Experience of working in an office administration environment either ideally with an in-house service or a contractor.- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where planning, organising, prioritising and multi-tasking are required.- Confident in dealing with people and able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels within the organisation.
