**UK Sales Administrator**
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team. This role will be based in our Rotherham office however, due to the nature of the role, you may be required to travel to multiple sites across the UK.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Support the CCO, and the wider Commercial Contracting Team, in all aspects of administration, sales and internal comms
- Enter and record new enquiries and sales data in MS Dynamics
- Take ownership of the CRM and ensure data has been captured correctly by all users, and that it reflects the activities of the Commercial team
- Produce case studies for use externally, and monthly bulletins for internal distribution
- Assist the bid teams in order to meet deadlines
- Print/send tender submission to clients
- Download documentation from new enquiries.
- Regularly cleanse the company systems, databases and folders
- Manage the contracting mailbox, dealing with any queries timely and accurately
- Maintain and keep the company information pack up to date
- Update online profiles and chase information from relevant stakeholders
- Ensure memberships and accreditations are maintained and are up to date
- Complete payment requisitions for memberships
- Complete any project PQQ
- Work with the Head of Business Improvement to develop and improve the CRM platform
- Use online databases to identify potential projects i.e. Barbour ABI
- Issue EOI’s for potential enquiries identified
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Sales Administrator role would be desirable
- Be competent to intermediate level in Word, Excel, and internal business systems
- Be able to understand and interpret data
- Able to work well under pressure, juggling tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times
- Use own initiative to make decisions within own area of authority
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have the ability to prioritise and organise own work effectively
- Be driven to achieve targets and objectives
