Housekeeper for Central London Family Home

We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced full-time Housekeeper (live-in or live-out) for an ultra-high net worth family based in their home in Central London. The family are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated team player to join an existing housekeeping team on a permanent basis.

A busy family home and fully staffed household, our clients are looking for someone who has exacting standards, a keen eye for detail and is able to work autonomously, as well as within a team. An expert in all household cleaning and laundry, you will need to have excellent knowledge of cleaning products and know how to care for fine fabrics and finishes. You will be a team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and a professional and discreet demeanour.

Prior experience within a high-net-worth household is essential, and any prior experience of formal service would be beneficial as well. Working five days per week, including over weekends, you will work in a shift pattern with the other housekeepers, either covering the early shift or the late shift with two consecutive days off in the week.

**DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
- Laundry and wardrobe management, including caring for fine fabrics and ironing
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Packing and unpacking for the principals
- Polishing silver and glassware
- Greeting guests and offering refreshments
- Flower arranging
- Managing stocks of cleaning products
- Rubbish and recycling management
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Prior housekeeping experience within in a private household
- Fluency in spoken English
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Hardworking and dedicated
- Team player
- High attention to detail and exacting standards
- Flexibility with hours and duties
- Able to work independently
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Excellent checkable references

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
