**EXPERIENCED LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR HNW FAMILY IN LONDON**

**Location**: Central London

**Contract**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000-£40,000 per annum, negotiable

**Status**: Live-in

We are assisting a really lovely HNW family based in Central London with the recruitment of an experienced and hard-working live-in Housekeeper to join their housekeeping team on a permanent basis. Working alongside two other housekeepers in this informal family home, you should be an excellent team player with a willingness to muck in where required and should also be able to work independently.

Duties will include general cleaning of all areas of the home, including living and dining areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms, and giving the chef a hand with tidying and cleaning the kitchen. With prior experience and excellent knowledge of how to care for luxury furnishings and the use of appropriate cleaning products, you will also assist with laundry and ironing duties from time to time.

**DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Cleaning accommodation areas, which includes making beds, replacing towels, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- General cleaning and tidying up of living and dining areas
- Cleaning the kitchen, including packing/unpacking the dishwasher, taking out bins etc.
- Assisting with laundry and ironing; folding/hanging and storing items appropriately
- Basic cooking for the youngest child & babysitting when required
- Ad-hoc errand running

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Prior housekeeping experience in a high-end private household
- Fluency in English and the eligibility to work in the UK
- Discreet, unobtrusive, and adaptable
- Child friendly and pet friendly
- Able to work independently with little supervision whilst still being a good team player
- Reliable, trustworthy and responsible
- Excellent checkable references
