About the Role

As Internal Communications Business Partner, you will report to Totally’s Director of Communications & Marketing. You’ll be an experienced internal communications executive looking for your next step: adept at engaging people through face to face and digital communications, be confident working with senior leaders and be keen to gain exposure to broad range of communications activities within a growing, supportive and empowering team.

We will provide opportunity to build your experience in internal communications and lead on key projects, gain exposure to a broad range of communications activity with the flexibility of hybrid working with up to two days a week working from home.

Your Day to Day
- Lead on the development of internal communications plans for business functions and work with the director of communications on corporate internal communications activity.
- Develop internal communication channels including My Totally, Totally Group’s all-people intranet, and face to face communications.
- Manage the delivery of internal comms activity across the business, with support from Internal Communications Assistant, including the development of high-quality and engaging content such as blogs, intranet articles, support for mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts
- Contribute to the development of Totally Group’s strategic narrative
- Partner, coach and influence senior leadership teams in divisions to support the development and delivery of their communications and engagement plans
- Work closely with key stakeholders/the broader communications and marketing team to ensure all communications are aligned and key messages are consistent
- Work collaboratively with others within the communications and marketing team to support the delivery of broader targets and objectives, as required.

Qualification, Experience & Training
- Proactive and results-oriented, with proven experience of delivering high-quality communications activity
- Understanding of the role of communication in employee engagement
- 3-5 years’ experience in an Internal Communications role.
- Experience of managing or developing an intranet.Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and key contacts across the business.
- Excellent written English will be essential for this role as well as high attention for detail.
- Highly organised and proactive approach to their projects.
