**The role for Internal Communications Manager**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for internal communication strategy and implementation. Helping keep teams informed and motivated as the voice of the business. Offering transparency and developing engagement to effectively inspireand inform employees.
- Identify celebrations and positive work, key successes in the business.
- Creating easy to understand communications to all levels.
- Monitor engagement
- Development/analysis of channels used to convey communications.
- Support employee brand values
- CSR internal and external.
- Build relationships

**The requirements for Internal Communications Manager**:
The company are looking for a passionate internal Communications Manager who has previous experience working in a B2B environment, communicating via multiple channels to a diverse audience.
- Strong internal communications B2B environment
- Creating differentiating and compelling internal communications
- Delivering tactical actions
- Strong PowerPoint experience
- Ability to use insight to help craft project/design briefs and effective plans
- Strong people skills
- Calm under pressure
