**About the Role***

As Communications & Marketing Business Partner, you will be reporting to the Director of Communications & Marketing for Totally plc, the Communications & Marketing Senior Specialist will work closely with key business areas to plan, develop and deliver employee communications, PR and marketing activity to support business objectives.

You will develop business area plans with strategic input from the Director of Communications and Marketing, and lead on their delivery, with support from the broader team. The role may also contribute to broader group projects and programmes as required.

**Your Day to Day***
- Work with Director of Communications/Managing Directors/Directors to develop divisional and functional communications and marketing plans
- Lead on the delivery of divisional/functional plans and key projects and programmes, with support broader team (as required) including the development of high-quality and engaging content across internal and external channels such as press releases, blogs, social media posts, presentations, articles, video and visual content, support for mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, as well as contributing to and shaping the strategic narrative
- Partner, coach and influence senior leadership teams in divisions to support the development and delivery of their communications and engagement plans
- Be first line contact for external PR contact
- Work closely with key stakeholders/the broader communications and marketing team to ensure all communications are aligned and key messages are consistent
- Divisional reporting against plans
- Work collaboratively with others within the communications and marketing team to support the delivery of broader targets and objectives, as required.

**Qualification, Experience & Training***
- Proactive and results-oriented, with proven experience of delivering high-quality communications activity
- Experience with Adobe suite (desirable)
- 3-5 years experience in a communications or marketing role
- Experience in working with journalists and via social media to deliver key messages
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and key contacts across the business
- Experience in managing multiple communications projects at once, with competing priorities, whilst adhering to strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent written English, with ability to think creatively
- Understanding of the role of communication in employee engagement
- Ability to work independently within clear guidelines
- Evidence of client-focused approach to communications
