Refresco, the world’s leading independent soft drinks producer, seeks an agile, commercially minded Finance Business Partner ideally with a manufacturing commercial background, to partner our Commercial, Sales & Marketing teams. **About the Role**

You are part of a close-knit finance team, reporting to the Finance Controller, but your key relationships are with our Commercial, Marketing and Sales functions - your internal business partners.

You are already a qualified, experienced Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner, so you probably know what is involved, but to be transparent, here are some of your key tasks and responsibilities as a Finance Business Partner at Refresco:

- Provide insights and decision-making support related to costing and pricing proposals, taking all commercial details into account.
- Deliver insightful reporting and commentary on brand performance and profitability - making recommendations for change where appropriate.
- Closely business partner your functions, live eat and breathe what they do.
- Challenge constructively and provide quality insights.
- Propose annual brand price increases based on collaborative work with marketeers, considering raw material pricing and the competitive landscape.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to understand the opportunities for each brand and create action plans to gain achievable volume and profit forecasts.
- Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and credit control.

**About You**
You will be an experienced, qualified finance professional (ACCA / CIMA / ACA), with a business partnering background. Ideally you will have worked within FMCG, or Food Production or related industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Retail, or other Manufacturing - so that you can fully understand the fast-paced nature of the Refresco business and where the money comes from

Crucially, you enjoy business partnering, and understand what a good business partner must do to be effective, and you can quickly tune in to the commercial aspects of a large, multi-site FMCG business.

Planning, attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving, and meeting deadlines are of course an essential part of a strong finance business partner’s make up - plus you are good at translating your commercial understanding in to customer conversations. You need to be a good communicator even at the most senior levels.

**Salary & Benefits**
The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience. We also offer an annual bonus incentive and a good company pension scheme, personal private healthcare, life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00 with the option of working remotely two days a week and free onsite parking.
