**FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER- MANUFACTURING - OFFERING up to £45,000 + CAR + HYBRID WORKING**
Do you want to use your **Business Partnering** skills in an International fast-moving company?Our client based on the **Nottingham**/**Derby** border, with easy access routes, are seeking to appoint an Operational **Finance Business Partner**.The business is fast paced and rapidly evolving and it is an exciting time to be joining.
Salary will be up to £45,000 plus Car and further benefits.They also offer **flexible working** - home and office based.
- The role _
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate the planning and reporting cycles for various areas of the business
- You will endeavour to become the business expert when dealing with stakeholders
- You will be responsible for the preparation of financial calculations and models to support capital expenditure and challenge investment decisions where necessary
- You will prepare and execute period end tasks and deliver accurate reports in a timely manner
- You will have a hands-on approach and have the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders when required
- You will possess an entrepreneurial mind-set looking at improving performance and overall effectiveness of your remit
- Who the Client is looking for _
- You will ideally be qualified **CIMA/ACCA**/**ACA** with demonstrable experience including influencing stakeholders
- You will have previous experience of working in Business Partnering gained through working in a similar multi-site **manufacturing** / **FMCG**:

- You will have a strong financial planning and analysis and Operational Finance Business Partnering / Management Accounting background
- Can act as a trusted advisor to leaders in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, including the Plant General Managers and UK board members.
