The Corporate Governance Administrative Officer role is an interesting and varied job which will give you an opportunity to work closely with teams across the Trust including our Executive and Non-Executives & Council of Governors. The post holder will work closely with the Foundation & Deputy Foundation Trust Secretary and the Corporate Governance Team to ensure a high level of administrative support is provided. If you are an experienced administrator, are confident working with stakeholders at all levels and have a flexible and adaptable attitude we would love to welcome you to our team. This is a whole time equivalent role, but we are open to discussions regarding job shares/flexible working. This is a summary of the main tasks; full details can be found in the attached job description. - Provide specialist administrative support to the Corporate Governance Team. - Be the main point of contact for administration of the Freedom of Information Process - Support the Foundation & Deputy Foundation Trust Secretary’s in the administration of the Board process. - Assist the Governor & Membership Officer in the production of governor and membership meetings and events and support the administration of all Governor & Membership activity. - To maintain filing systems and electronic databases. - who you are, your talent and the potential you will bring is equally important and we will support you to be the best you can be. The tasks you will be required to support are varied and will change depending on the priorities of the Corporate Governance team throughout the year. However, much of your portfolio will be on a cyclical/regular basis linked to the Board & Council of Governors meeting schedule and due dates for Freedom of Information requests. You will have the ability to manage your workload independently within the parameters of deadlines set.
