An opportunity has arisen for a full time Planning Assistant for our client located in Duxford, Cambridgeshire. This will involve supporting the Planning team in the ordering and coordination of deliveries of stock for Production.

As Planning Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Stock reservation to ensure customer orders are fulfilled
- Communicating with the Customer Service team regarding stock/orders
- Updating ERP system as required
- Monitoring the progress of orders throughout order process
- Supporting the Planning team as required to ensure stock is delivered on time in full.
- Good problem solving & communication skills
- Previous experience in & knowledge of supply chain processes
- MRP/ERP experience & IT literacy.
