You will be joining a highly successful sales team, playing a vital role liaising between our Sales Representatives, customers and manufacturing department.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Process customer sales orders through sales ordering processing system.
- Respond to customer communications/queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build long-term relationships with sales, stores, administration, and production staff.
- Resolve customer issues along with complex queries.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure orders and processes are on schedule.
- Manage the customer journey from start to finish, providing updates to the team and keeping the customer updated throughout the process.

**Skills and Qualities**:

- Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills both orally and written.
- Good problem solving and organisational skills.
- Highly motivated and conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Professional but friendly attitude.
- Commercially aware.
