**Job description**

Fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work within a dynamic and forward thinking organisation to support clients, sales, technical and procurement teams. In this role you will maintain excellent customer relationships and carry out a range of administrative duties which will contribute to the achievement of sales across the business.
- Provide customer quotations, follow up and raise purchase orders ensuring correct pricing, process card and cash payments
- Provide support to existing customer accounts and capitalise on customer relationships, follow up leads and maximise the potential for growth
- Supply product information in response to online, telephone and in person customer queries
- Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Keep abreast of latest product developments
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
- Engage with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the products and service received, address any issues
- General administration tasks as required.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Proficient in computer software including MS Office and CRM Systems
- Confident telephone manner
- Order processing and quotations
- Previous experience within the construction sector would be advantageous however not essential
