**Role: Administrative Support Assistant**
**Place of work: Glasgow city centre, Bath Street**
**Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours**
**Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm**
We are looking to recruit a Administrative Assistant to join our busy Property Department at Jones Whyte. A great opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to join the team. You will report to the Operations Manager in the smooth running of the Conveyancing Department.
- Opening all new cases and issuing introductory documentation
- Scanning mail to both English and Scottish Conveyancing Departments
- Posting, printing and arranging internal signing of documents for English Solicitors who work remotely
- All other support duties required by the Solicitors in the smooth running of transactions
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent communication and customer / client care skills
- Excellent team-working skills
- Basic computing / IT skills
- Proactive and positive approach / mind-set
- Ability to use own initiative
- Motivated and driven individual
No previous legal experience is required as full training will be provided.
