**Lease Company Sales Support - VW Manchester Van Centre**
**Full Time role - Monday Friday**

This role is responsible for the managing the operational processes for the FN50 and selected corporate and National accounts. The role will positively develop sales opportunities by responding in a timely and professional manner and will be instrumental in meeting Customer service level standards.
Alongside your customer-centric attitude, you will also have a passion for the vehicles you are selling, and you will convey that enthusiasm and knowledge every time you interact with a customer.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Developing & maintaining a high standard of Customer relationships with key contacts from day to day operational staff to senior management
- Manage and monitor Ebbon and other online portals on behalf of the department ensuring that all enquiries are responded to within the required 30 minute window and all updates are made at least once a week
- Manage and respond to demonstrator requests, and follow up to maximise conversion to orders
- Proactively offer alternative vehicles where a long factory lead time might deter the customer from ordering
- Regular Status updates to be provided to non-Ebbon customers on their chosen electronic platform
- Track and record any information required by the OEM as part of their Brand Standards
- Stock management - awareness of dwell times and cost implications Ensure a thorough and timely resolution to customer queries
- Comply with company policies and processes in relation to your role directly as well as the wider business
- Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times, and any appeals required are carried out promptly
- Maintain Fleetbase for the section of vehicles you are using agreed systems to provide regular, systematic reports showing activity, contacts, communications, sales progress, sales analysis and potential areas for sales, profit and lost opportunities
- Fleet experience is desired but not essential
- Ability to accurately and consistently follow processes
- Enthusiasm and desire to know the product.
- Able to work well as an individual and also happy to support other areas of the department as required
- Excellent IT skills and comfortable working with a variety of systems
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Open-minded, flexible and embracing agile ways of working.
- Confident telephone manner and able to handle ‘difficult’ conversations with customers
