**Assistant Practice Manager**

**We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our specialist 17-surgery Advanced Oral Health Centre. Situated in the town center of Gloucester close to the train station, with access to other local public transport links as well as being a shortwalk from Gloucester Cathedral and docks.**

**Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in other sectors such as retail or hospitality we are keen to hear from you - this is an excellent opportunity to start or develop yourmanagement career within dental.**

**You will be working alongside the practice manager to lead and develop a large support team. This practice has recently grown from 10 to 17 surgeries and offers a range of NHS and Private treatments including Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Teeth Whitening,Invisalign, Crowns, and Bridges. With 3 Treatment Coordinators as part of the team, there is huge potential for you to be able to grow the private revenue even further.**

**As an Assistant Manager, you will be supporting the Practice Manager with**:

- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
