Job Title: Clinical Practice Manager (Non-Medical Prescriber) Location: Gloucester Salary: £55,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a trust partner organisation. About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Practice Manager to lead a nursing team delivering supervised detoxification and structured therapeutic rehabilitation. This is a hands-on role that combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, ensuring safe, high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) and will have experience in substance misuse treatment, detoxification, and rehabilitation settings. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support the nursing team, providing supervision, performance management, and professional development. Prescribe medications within professional scope for detoxification and ongoing clinical care. Ensure safe, evidence-based clinical practice and adherence to Controlled Drugs legislation. Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols. Oversee clinical governance activities including audits, incident investigations, and quality improvement.
