**Job Summary**: The Supervisor at iBounce Newton Abbot plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the park. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring the smooth running of sessions, maintaining a high level of customer service, and upholding all safety regulations. This role requires a proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible individual who can lead a team effectively and contribute to a positive and safe environment for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Supervision**:

- Supervise and support a team of court monitors, reception staff, and party hosts.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all team members are performing their duties to the required standard.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new and existing staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist with staff scheduling and rota management when required.
- Handle minor staff issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the efficient running of trampoline sessions, ensuring timely starts and finishes.
- Monitor capacity levels and manage customer flow throughout the park.
- Ensure all areas of the park are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the park.
- Manage and reconcile till operations and cash handling.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure all customers have a positive and enjoyable experience at iBounce.
- Promote iBounce products and services, including parties, events, and merchandise.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce all iBounce health and safety policies and procedures with both staff and customers.
- Ensure all safety briefings are conducted effectively and understood by participants.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to any accidents or incidents, completing necessary reports.
- Be proficient in first aid and emergency procedures (training provided if necessary).
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards within the park.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete daily operational checklists and reports.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control for consumables and merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational updates and issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Sound understanding of health and safety principles.
- First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Basic IT literacy for operational systems and till operations.
