**Salary: £11,700 per annum (39 weeks a year)**

**Hours: 25 hours per week (9:30am - 14:30 each day)**

**Monday - Friday (school term only)**

**Location: Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery**

Are you passionate about visitor experience?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and positive individual to join us. This role will be at the forefront of delivering our visitor experience for schools. You will be meeting, greeting and engaging with school groups & educational visitors at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery to help bring our collection and programming to life.

We are looking for the right person who will enjoy enriching the visitor experience by:

- Supporting the delivery of school groups and sessions - meeting, greeting and guiding these groups as required throughout their day so that their visit is safe and enjoyable
- Provide high standards of customer care, to enhance visitor experience and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
- Assist visitors with queries in a prompt, professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- You’ll need to be confident with great verbal communication skills to excel in the roles we have available.

Interviews will be taking place in** 5th November 2024,** face to face with a panel including the Visitor Experience Manager. In advance of the interview, you will receive a copy of the interview questions to prepare and you will have an opportunity to express any reasonable adjustments you might need.
