Due to team expansion, Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work an innovative media company, offering a competitive salary within a dynamic, friendly team. The role is based in Harlow.
We are currently looking for professional, organised individuals who are available to interview face to face in the next couple of weeks. You will ideally have excellent grammar and language skills as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.No previous HR experience is required; however, you will need to have strong administration skills.
The company currently is responsible for 300-400 staff on their books, and you will be supporting the HR Director and Head of HR with all queries and administration duties pertaining to these employees.
The basic salary on offer is £25,000 alongside a fantastic benefits package.
This opportunity is fully office based, with the working hours being 8:30am-5:30pm.
Example duties for this HR Administrator are:
- Drawing up contracts and offer letters
- HR inductions
- Inputting employee data into the system
- Liaising with payroll
- Issuing leaver letters
- Liaising with departments regarding new starters and leavers
- Conducting in depth reference checks
- Conducting credit and DBS checks
Interviews will be held in the Harrow office with a view to get somebody started as soon as possible.
