**Purpose Statement**:As a Research and Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and engagement of our customer base. This position involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, coordinating and running station events, assisting at exhibitions, and executing call-out campaigns to boost usage and enhance customer retention. The Research & Events Coordinator will be based in Frimley, with an element of travel across the UK. This role reports to the Communication and Events Manager.

**Areas of Responsibility**

1. Market Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyse potential customers.
- Utilise various tools and resources to gather data on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
- Compile and organise research findings into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

2. Event Coordination:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and delivery.
- Attend and actively participate in exhibitions, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Attend and actively participate in station-specific events, collaborating with team members to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in the coordination of on-site activities, promotional efforts, and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Lead Generation and Call-Out Campaigns:

- Execute call-out campaigns to leads and existing customers to promote product usage.
- Support customer retention efforts through targeted communication and engagement initiatives.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance product/service offerings and customer satisfaction.

4. Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and event details.
- Provide administrative support for various projects as needed.

5. Events and Exhibitions:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Develop pre-event communication strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Manage logistics, stand setup, and promotional activities during events to enhance the company's visibility.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event coordination and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
