**Engineering Coordinator - Administrator - Camberley area**
- £23,000 - £26,000 + 34 days Holidays + Pension and Nice Offices

Successful, modern company looking for someone new to join their lovely, friendly team. Currently 3 members of admin and engineering support staff.
- ROLE - Service Coordinator/ Engineering Coordinator - Service coordination of engineers, so will have worked on an engineering service desk. You will be organising the engineers and dealing with customers who need service engineers to do maintenance of systems.
- Technical - This is electro-mechanical so any knowledge of Facilities Management systems, Airconditioning, Fire and Security, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarms, Fire & Security, Building Management Systems (BMS), escalators, lifts, etc would beuseful but NO TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
- MUST HAVE COORDINATED OR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE ENGINEERS BEFORE PLEASE (preference is if has Fire Alarm or Security Coordination of engineers if possible)

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Typical titles you may have had scheduling engineers could be - Engineering Coordinator, Engineering Administrator, Admin, co ordinator, co-ordinator, service desk, maintenance coordinator, engineering scheduler, engineering administrator (organising engineers workload) or similar.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As a Engineering Service Coordinator you would
- organise Maintenance and Service Engineers rotas and ensure they are going to the places where they need to service, maintain and fix the systems.
- You will liaise with customers and engineers to ensure work is done right and on time.
- You may organise timesheets and
- use the database to record activities and manage diaries.
