Newforge Sports Complex has just finalised a £10m investment in new indoor and outdoor sports and conference facilities. We require a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our Food & Beverage Manager to manage our growing business at this exciting time. The successful applicant will be part of a team providing a quality service to conference delegates and sports events which includes indoor basketball, netball, pickleball and futsal. Outdoor facilities cater for rugby, football, hockey, bowls and tennis.

- To supervise all food and beverage operations, within Newforge sports complex
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Work with the Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager in compiling menus and operational plans for events
- Train and mentor staff on food & beverage service, customer service, and safety procedures
- Oversee the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events or promotions

- Previous experience in a similar role preferable, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of food service and delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
