**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage manager by overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service within our hotel, ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations including Meeting & Events, ensuring smooth service and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Supervising and coordinating the Food & Beverage team, leading by example and fostering a positive work environment.
- Overseeing dining services during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or special events, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings are exquisite and aligned with guest preferences.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professionalism.
- Develop and implement training programs for new team members.
- Support the F&B Manager in rostering while ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate inventory control of food and beverage stock.
- Assist with menu planning and development as required.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

**To be successful in this role you will have the following Qualifications & Experience**
- You will have previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- You will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- You will be an excellent communicator.
- You will work flexibly and display an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and best practices.
- Proficient knowledge in hospitality software (POS system) is a plus.
