Crowne Plaza – Food & Beverage Supervisor Location: Crowne Plaza Belfast, 117 Milltown Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT8 7XP. Full time – £14.50 per hour. About the role As an F&B Supervisor you will lead shift operations in the Food & Beverage outlets, support the Conference & Banqueting Department, maintain brand standards and deliver excellent guest service. Key responsibilities Lead the shift, ensuring service standards and operational targets are met. Manage staff, provide coaching, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Handle guest enquiries and complaints effectively. Monitor beverage and food preparation to meet company standards. Support the Head of Department in their absence, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Track department targets and report on performance. Required qualifications Experience in a Food & Beverage role. Proven supervisory experience with a hands‑on approach. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
