We have the opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our admin team within a busy office environment:
**Main Duties**:

- Provide administration support to all areas of the business.
- Including meeting and greeting visitors, preparing drinks and arranging lunches as requested. Be responsible for an accurate Board room booking system
- Processing sales orders and generating the works orders and relevant filing and archiving
- Archiving, arranging shredding, filing, answering the main line phone, directing calls or taking messages and passing on in a timely manner
- Provide support to Directors/Senior Management with administration tasks as requested
- Arrange company events
- Recording, amending, verifying and reporting employee and contracting staff hours worked
- Recording, amending, verifying and reporting staff and directors annual leave
- Recording, amending, verifying and reporting staff absences including sickness, appointments and statutory leave. This includes monitoring the employee absence line
- Match works orders with schedules weekly
- Supporting Health & Safety with administration tasks
- Supporting the shop floor staff with uniform ordering three times a year
- Supporting Purchasing with admin tasks
- Supporting Finance with administration tasks
- Posting onto approved social media relevant and timely information to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of positive news at MCT
- Assisting with the updating of posters and notice boards around the business sites within Daventry
- Keeping employee policy files updated with changes as advised
- Assist with cover of tasks during holidays etc within the team as requested
- Update and report accurate energy, water and waste usage to maintain ISO14001 compliance
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience working in an administration role
- Good telephone manner
- Experience using SAP system or similar (Not essential, training provided)
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Be a team player who is able to work with stakeholders of various levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
