**Salary**: £10.67 - £10.97 per hour

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. A career with meaning, you’ll also have a lot of fun, too - from helping with daily tasks to amazing trips that make dreams come true.
- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
- Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

**Your Service**

Fieldbrook Walk in the Westhoughton provides supported living services to people with learning disabilities and a range of complex needs across the North of England area. Supporting people who have a greater level of independence, individuals have their own tenancy and a separate support package which is provided by Consensus.
