**About the Role**
Consensus Community Support Limited in the Westhoughton provides supported living services to people with learning disabilities and a range of complex needs across the North of England area. Supporting people who have a greater level of independence, individuals have their own tenancy and a separate support package which is provided by Consensus.
Support is bespoke and person-centred for each individual to meet their goals and aspirations and how they wish to live their life. The focus is on ensuring that people who live in the services lead meaningful lives within the local community with choice and control over their lives.
You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
