**About the Business**:
Heatshield LTD We are a family run Plumbing, Heating and Electrical contractor who look after many properties, from new build housing estates, letting agency rentals to private homeowners.
**Job overview**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing excellent service to our clients. This role involves interacting with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with appointment bookings, quotes and queries (all done via bespoke calendar system)
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products or services where appropriate
- Regularly update social media
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Experienced in social media
- Prior experience in customer service
- Prior experience in letting agency works would be favourable
- Must be computer literate
**Office staff information**
Monday-Friday
*8.00am-4.30am
*Full Time
*20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
*Extra Holiday given for each year at the company up to a maximum of 4 years
*No weekends
Pay: £23,500.00 per year
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
