We have a great opportunity within our Property team for an Estates Co-ordinator to join us. This role delivers a high level of administrative support for our property team with the distribution of property information and reports across our portfolio of clubs, as well as general administration and support you will also raise purchase orders, report on expenditure and liaise with our finance team.
**Responsibilities**
- Raising orders ensuring the required information is distributed to clubs, contractors and colleagues.
- Collate revenue spend information from the contractor base, reporting to the Property Team and Finance on each Period spend.
- Setting up and monitoring Capital expenditure on spreadsheets with period reporting on committed spend and receipting of orders committed.
- Manage shared electronic filing systems to ensure all relevant information and data is accessible to the whole team.
- Maintain the Compliance database of inspections, reports and remedial works
- Update and distribute relevant Asbestos reports & Register and surveys to clubs, other departments and external agencies as required.
- Provide cover for the Estates Administrator as required and support the post room function as required also providing holiday & sickness cover.
- Book travel, hotels & meeting rooms as required
- Provide administrative support to the Property Director, Head of Estates Management and Property Management Surveyor
**Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour**
To be successful in this role you’ll need excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload and have a proven track record of thinking on your feet. A strong knowledge of spreadsheets & Microsoft Office is essential and you’ll be self-motivated and enjoy working within a busy team.

**Additional Information**
This is a full time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
