**Sales Valuer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the successful launch and establishment of our sales department;
- Cultivate strong client relationships, becoming a trusted figurehead in our business;
- Ensure the excellence and compliance of our sales services, fostering continuous improvement through audits and process enhancements;
- Expertly manage client concerns and issues, showcasing your adept problem-solving and communication skills;

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- An experienced Estate Agent with a proven track record in property valuation, business acquisition, effective sales, and exceptional customer service;
- Unrivalled local knowledge. You know Nottingham inside and out and are committed to contributing to a thriving local area;
- A problem solver who is adept at troubleshooting and detail-oriented, overcoming challenges with ease;
- An enterprising mindset. You’re not afraid to chart new paths and are capable of devising effective business generation strategies;
- An exceptional communicator, skilled at fostering connections and building rapport;
- A team player who is adaptable and has a positive approach, embracing change with enthusiasm;
- Champion of growth. You will be dedicated to fostering a culture of ongoing improvement;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Possession of, or willing to progress towards, a Level 3 Award in Sale of Residential Property - England & Wales
- Education: A levels or equivalent
