We are looking for a confident, articulate individual who is seeking to develop a career in the financial planning sector.
- Have **one years’ experience within an Independent Financial Planning / Wealth management practice.**
- Ability to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and be able to manage an extremely busy and varied workload.
- Be proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Able to work within defined business processes to comply with regulators and firms requirements.
- Participate in relevant job training and continuous professional development to maintain competence.
- Be proactive have excellent time management and organisational skills
**Role & Responsibilities - assisting with the following**:
- Preparation of new and existing client review packs for client meetings and review meetings
- Production of accurate client portfolio valuations and statements
- Linking incoming and outgoing relevant documentation and correspondence onto client files/ back office system including:
- All written and electronic correspondence
- Ensuring electronic client files are organised and updated to ensure information is easily accessible when required.
- Working with Adviser and team to organise and manage diary and tasks
**Regulatory requirements**
- Ensure tasks are carried out within FCA regulatory requirements
- To ensure that all activity complies with the company procedures
**Package**
- Full time position (35 hours per week) or Part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

- Holiday entitlement 30 days, including public holidays.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
