As a result of steady growth and to allow for future development we are looking to recruit a highly focused and career orientated individual to work as part of a very strong team providing professional Financial Advice.

As a long-established firm, we are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual to undertake the initial role of client support whilst working towards the role of Paraplanner. As a directly authorised firm you will be working in a highly regulated environment that demands specific attention to detail. You will be part of a strong team each of whom are responsible, accountable and dependent on each other’s skills and expertise for the different aspects of the financial planning process. The position entails technical research, assisting with creation and evolution of client portfolios and ensuring the team complies with FCA and internal compliance procedures. Appropriate training will be provided.

**Role**:

- As a team member you will provide administration / paraplanning support to Financial Planner/s and clients
- Input of Client and product data onto back office soft-wear
- Work and liaise with other team members throughout the financial planning process
- Filing / Scanning documents to files on receipt;
- Other tasks as required.
- Be self motivated and capable of working on your own initiative if required
- Be able to prioritise, manage deadlines and maintain high service levels according to firms policy and procedures.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills are required
- Willingness to learn and develop an understanding of your role at every opportunity
- Be well presented and professional at all times
- You would be expected to study and pass accredited exams specific to the role of paraplanner (see CII website for details)
- Living in or near Inverness

**Hours / Remuneration / Location**
- Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Location: Inverness City Centre

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
